From St. Louis Lambert International Airport

To Moonrise: take the Metrolink Redline to Delmar Loop. Moonrise is a 7 minute walk down Delmar.

To Cheshire: driving is recommended, as public transportation is not direct and would take at least an hour.

From Moonrise to Olin Library

For those who enjoy a walk (21 minutes, includes stairs):

1. Walk West from the Moonrise until you reach Melville Ave.
2. Turn left at Melville Ave., which turns into Ackert Walkway.
3. After crossing the bridge over Forest Park Parkway, the stairs lead to the north entrance of Olin Library.


For those who prefer public transportation (10-15 minutes, avoids worst of campus construction):

1. Take the #2 bus from Delmar @ 6161 Delmar WB just outside the Moonrise, which takes you down Skinker and stops outside Mallinkrodt Transit Center. 
2. Walk east and then north through Somers Family Hall to take the path toward Olin Library, or you can avoid stairs by walking through the building that houses the Edison Theater.

From Cheshire to Olin Library

For those who enjoy a walk (32 minutes):

1. Walk East to Skinker.
2. Turn Left on Skinker.
3. Turn Left on Forsyth. 
4. After passing the Brown School building, turn Right on Centennial Greenway.
5. Pass Wilson Hall and turn Right toward Olin Library.


For those who prefer public transportation (30 minutes, avoids worst of campus construction):

1. Walk 4 minutes West to the Clayton @ De Mun EB bus stop.
2. Take #16 bus to Skinker and Forsyth.
3. Cross Skinker at Brookings Drive.
4. Pass Brookings Hall and continue on any path West to Olin Library.

From Campus Garage to Olin Library

From Danforth University Center (DUC) Garage (access by the Wallace and Forsyth intersection):

1. Exit DUC from the North entrance.
2. Walk 5 minutes East past Umrath Hall and Graham Chapel toward Olin Library.

From Millbrook Garage (access from Forest Park Parkway and Throop intersection, includes stairs):

1. Cross Throop Drive.
2. Take path/stairs between Department of Anthropology and Wrighton Hall.
3. Take 5-minute path around construction to Olin Library.

Olin Library is in the center of the Danforth campus west of Brookings Quadrangle, east of Graham Chapel, and northeast of Mallinckrodt Center/Edison Theater. The library is the only 70s-ish style building with lots of windows. When planning your route via online map services (Google Maps, etc.), choose your destination as Danforth University Center at 6475 Forsyth Ave., St. Louis, MO 63130. Room 142 is closest to the north entrance of Olin Library, but please enter from the south entrance due to construction.
